What you'll be working on
- Build and maintain a 12–18 month active pipeline to support business objectives
- Build and maintain relevant market awareness through client discussions, market research and industry events
- Provide senior management with clear updates, progress and forecasts as evidenced through the company CRM
- Nurture the customer advocacy program in support of our broader business goals
- Prioritise activities to meet quarterly business targets while maintaining a longer-term strategic pipeline
What you’ll achieve
You’ll be helping us achieve our mission by enabling fraud investigators across organisations to collaborate in their fight against fraud using our SaaS platform. The types of areas you’ll look at include:- New Business Development
- Leading client facing discover conversations to establish key business issues
- Understanding and navigating the different approaches to fraud prevention across different sectors
- Helping Clients build business cases for Smartnumbers adoption
- Sharing intelligence and best practice across organisations
- Increasing market awareness by supporting events, posts or other GTM activities
- Building trust and a network of advocates among your client base
How you’ll work
You’ll be part of an empowered cross functional go to market team that leverages best practice and seeks continual improvement. You’ll be given the freedom to manage your own time with support and guidance from senior sales leadership. You’ll be expected to build, maintain and report on a clear 12–18 month runway of pipeline with dedicated time set aside each week for strategic focus and execution on new business development.What you'll need for the role

- Customer Focused - You start with the customer and work back whilst understanding that solutions have to work for our business
- Outcome focused - You can define what success looks like and measure progress towards it
- A clear communicator - You’re capable of explaining things regardless of whether it’s to a software engineer, salesperson, customer support agent or CEO
